Stephanie Aviles, RDN, CDN, is a New York native with family heritage from Ecuador. Stephanie is bilingual in English and Spanish and has extensive experience with working with families, kids and adults with diverse backgrounds. Stephanie's passion for nutrition developed very early on in her life as she realized the importance food plays in health. She takes pride in building rapport with patients to help them achieve their individual goals.

Stephanie received her B.S. in Nutrition from Herbert H. Lehman College and completed her dietetic internship at Rebekah Rehabilitation & Extended Care Center and Urban Health Plan, through Priority Nutrition Care Distance Dietetic Internship.

Her studies allowed her to add a therapeutic lens towards health and lifestyle, to achieve the best clinical outcomes. At her core, Stephanie enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, reading about wellness, exercising and exploring new cities.
